Opportunity description

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of design documentation (or design documentations), the subject of which is the construction of a temporary modular kindergarten building, “Kindergarten in the Brno-Královo Pole City District, Dělostřelecká locality”, to such a level and quality as will enable the proper preparation of the construction in accordance with the relevant legal regulations (the requirements for the individual stages of the design documentation are specified in Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation). The new container kindergarten building will contain 8–9 classrooms with a total capacity of max. 225 children, facilities for the school management, teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as utility connections and the necessary parking areas. The kindergarten building will be adjoined by a fenced school garden for children’s outdoor activities, including play and educational elements. Unlike the investment plan, the building will not include a kitchen with operational facilities. All-day meals will be delivered in insulated food containers from an external catering operation. The prepared design documentations will include the submission of documents concerning negotiations with state administration authorities, opinions, consents, or, where applicable, decisions of the competent state administration authorities prescribed by special legal regulations, and the incorporation of comments and decisions into the design documentations.
