Opportunity description

The subject matter of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land consolidation in the cadastral area of Mělčany u Ivančic, including the necessary geodetic work in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (Cadastral Decree), as amended, on the basis of applications from landowners pursuant to Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on land consolidation and land offices, as amended, with the aim of spatially and functionally arranging ownership rights to land and the related easements, making the land accessible, and ensuring conditions for the rational management of landowners and increasing the ecological stability of the landscape. The results of the comprehensive land consolidation will serve for the renewal of the cadastral documentation and as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. The estimated area of the territory concerned is 684 ha. The estimated perimeter of the comprehensive land consolidation includes 3,537 parcels registered on 331 title deeds. Procedure: open.
