Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of documentation (at the Construction Execution Documentation stage), including related surveys. The contract also includes the preparation of a list of works with a bill of quantities, engineering activities to obtain supporting documents for possible exclusion from the agricultural land fund and land designated for the fulfilment of forest functions, and the performance of author’s supervision (AD) during the actual implementation of the project. The subject of the construction work is the complete reconstruction of the road through the municipality of Sudice and the adjacent extra-urban section of the road towards Vážany, including other connected sections. This will involve the reconstruction of road III/37413 in the section from km 0.000 to km 1.263 (from the intersection with road II/374 to the intersection with road III/37414), and road 37414 from km 2.010 to km 2.717 (from the beginning of the municipality of Sudice to the intersection with road III/37413). Total length 1.970 km. The contract includes connected components such as pavements, driveways and culverts, stops, parking areas, green areas and other connected areas, and necessary relocations of utility networks. Coordination is required with the planned reconstruction of the water supply and sewerage systems financed by the municipality and the Association. Coordination is also required with the planned and partially completed reconstruction of public lighting and EG.D routes, and the updated CETIN routes must also be taken into account. The scope of work is based on the previous stage of the PD (Documentation for the issuance of a building permit) and surveys. The contract will also include a proposed solution for traffic engineering measures. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,504,000 CZK.
