Preparation of design documentation: at the construction permitting stage, at the construction execution stage, within the scope stipulated by the applicable Building Act and the implementing decree to the Building Act - hydrogeological and geological survey of the affected site - geodetic survey of the site - technological design of the wastewater treatment plant, which will be prepared using mathematical modelling - consultation of the design documentation at the construction permitting stage with the authorities concerned - securing the issuance of a final construction permit - determination of the method of waste disposal and the method of using material transfers - preparation of an occupational health and safety (OHS) plan for the construction site - preparation of a priced budget and an unpriced bill of construction works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities - provision of cooperation and technical assistance in the procurement procedure for the selection of the contractor pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, as amended - performance of designer supervision (note: formerly author supervision) - all related activities necessary for the preparation of the design documentation and obtaining the construction permit for the future public works contract entitled “Volyně Wastewater Treatment Plant”.
