The subject matter of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for simple land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as “JPÚ”) in the Tlučná cadastral area, including the necessary geodetic work in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (Cadastral Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Cadastral Decree”). The JPÚ proposal will be prepared so that it can be entered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office’s decision approving the land consolidation proposal and its decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The JPÚ proposal will be prepared according to a more detailed structure that precisely corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land consolidation and the requirements for land consolidation proposals, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.”). The JPÚ will be addressed with special regard to the adjustment of water management conditions. The “Biotop Tlučná” project (contracting authority: the municipality of Tlučná), which includes, among other things, the revitalization of the Vejprnický stream, was prepared for the location concerned in the Tlučná cadastral area. The objective of the simple land consolidation involving the exchange of ownership rights in the Tlučná cadastral area is, at the request of the municipality of Tlučná and the SPÚ, to design and subsequently build a biotope whose primary function will be to retain water in the landscape and whose secondary function will be to provide a functioning natural system that supports biodiversity. Only the Pod Němčím dolem location will be included within the anticipated perimeter of the simple land consolidation. The estimated area of the territory concerned in the cadastral area (hereinafter referred to as “cadastral area”) is 4 ha.
