The subject matter of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land consolidation (KoPÚ) in the cadastral territories of Turkovice u Přelouče, Rašovy and Bumbalka and in the adjoining parts of the cadastral territories of Urbanice, Sovolusky u Přelouče and Podhořany u Ronova, including the necessary geodetic work in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. on the Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Cadastral Decree”). The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared so that it can be entered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as the basis for the land office’s decision approving the land consolidation proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that corresponds exactly to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land consolidation and the requirements for land consolidation proposals, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.”).
