Preparation of project documentation for the construction "DM and ŠJ Pardubice - new DM building, Ke Tvrzi complex". This is a rectangular-shaped building situated parallel to Ke Tvrzi Street, with 4 above-ground floors. The 1st above-ground floor will contain facilities for the youth home (technical room, boiler room, laundry, storage rooms, etc.), a server room, a workshop for DM and a workshop with storage for DD Pardubice, plus 6 rooms in the right-hand section from the entrance. The 2nd above-ground floor will contain double rooms, shared sanitary facilities with showers, a relaxation room or study room, and a room for teachers. The 3rd above-ground floor will be relatively similar to the 2nd above-ground floor, plus an isolation room. The 4th above-ground floor will be set back and will contain space for a common room, gym, relaxation zone with sanitary facilities, as well as a terrace and an outdoor workout area. The remaining roof area will be designed as a green roof. For safety reasons, there will be a high fence on the 4th above-ground floor.
