Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is the supply of AV equipment to the classrooms of the University of Defence, including transport, installation, connection, configuration, programming, commissioning, and verification of the functionality of the equipment with audio-visual technology components in accordance with the technical documentation set out in Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation, including fitting the cabling into cable ducts, ensuring operator training by a qualified employee, and providing warranty service. The performance of the public contract includes the supply of all metallic connections and cabling and other installation materials, i.e. the complete, functional, and faultless execution of all related installation work, including the supply of the necessary materials and equipment required for the proper completion of the subject matter of the performance and ensuring its operability, cleaning and removal of all packaging and other materials used during the installation itself from the place of performance in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste, as amended, all at the place of performance of the public contract.
