The subject matter of the public contract under this procurement procedure is: The supply of a new (not refurbished) paraffin embedding line for histology, including transport to the contracting authority’s registered office, installation, commissioning, performance of the tests necessary for commissioning, and instruction of operators in accordance with the applicable legislation governing medical devices. The subject matter includes the provision of a free quality guarantee pursuant to Section 2113 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, for a period of 24 months; the guarantee also includes the free provision of comprehensive authorized warranty servicing necessary for the operation of the medical device in accordance with the applicable legislation.
