Czechia – Battery chargers – Framework agreement for the supply of charging stations for electric vehicles

Opportunity description

The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with three suppliers for the supply of public charging stations for electric vehicles intended for installation in parking areas and garages managed by Technická správa komunikací hl. m. Prahy, a.s. On the basis of the framework agreement, individual public contracts will be awarded for the supply of: - charging stations (wallboxes and free-standing stations), - external control units for managing groups of charging stations, - payment terminals, - related assembly, installation, commissioning, initial inspection and operator training. The estimated maximum scope of performance is up to 700 charging stations. The performance also includes the provision of warranty service, ensuring the authorization of persons designated by the contracting authority to perform service activities, and the supply of spare parts for the guaranteed service life of the equipment. The charging stations must be compatible with the system of the charging infrastructure operator designated by the contracting authority and must meet the technical requirements specified in the procurement documentation. The subject of the public contract does not include the provision of design, engineering or construction preparation of sites for the installation of charging stations, nor the subsequent management and operation of the charging infrastructure after the end of the warranty period. Individual public contracts will be awarded using a combination of procedures with reopening of competition and without reopening of competition among the participants in the framework agreement in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement. The contracting authority does not reserve a minimum purchase quantity.
