Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract comprises: - ongoing supplies of reagents, validated diagnostic products, all consumables, control material and operating solutions (hereinafter also referred to as the “goods”) needed to provide the materials for biochemical and immunochemical tests within the scope of the tests defined below and specified in this procurement documentation, in the required volume and structure according to the contracting authority’s current needs; - the free loan of 2 identical integrated biochemical + immunochemical analysers (1 main, 1 backup), including accessories and software, with training provided in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, full servicing incl. safety and technical inspections in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or validations and any modernisation, all throughout the entire period of performance of the subject matter of the public contract; - supply of control software (middleware) and connection of the analysers to the LIMS Stapro Open LIMS laboratory information system; all for a period of 72 months and to the extent and in accordance with the procurement conditions.
