The subject matter of this public contract is the complete procurement of all works, services and supplies related to the 3-storey Urbanity Campus Tachov Apartment Buildings project, registration number 28200139. The activities will be carried out in accordance with the design documentation and the BD Urbanity bill of quantities prepared by the designer Ing. Radek Láznička, with registered office at Lesní 392, Třebestovice, 289 12, Company ID No.: 74875531, ČKAIT 0012206, authorization in the field of building construction; further details are provided in the design documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “design documentation”). All characteristics, procedures, requirements and specifications are set out in the draft contract for work, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to these procurement documents, and in the design documentation, which, together with the bill of quantities, constitutes Annex No. 4 to these procurement documents. The design documentation, including its documentary section, statements from the authorities concerned, utility network administrators and other related supporting documents, was prepared for a broader project complex that also includes a kindergarten (MŠ) building. However, the construction of the MŠ building is not the subject matter of this public contract. Works, supplies and services relating exclusively to the MŠ building are not included in the list of construction works, supplies and services with the bill of quantities, and the supplier therefore does not price them or include them in the tender price under this public contract. Any references to the MŠ building contained in the design documentation or its annexes are for information only, arising from the fact that these documents cover a broader project and permitting complex, and do not in themselves establish an obligation for the supplier to perform works relating to the MŠ building. For determining the substantive scope of the works, supplies and services that are the subject matter of this public contract and are to be priced by the supplier, the list of construction works, supplies and services with the bill of quantities is decisive; at the same time, the design documentation is binding for determining the technical, material and quality solution for those parts of the construction that are included in the subject matter of this public contract. This is without prejudice to the supplier’s obligation to perform any work at the interface between the MŠ building and the other parts of the construction, provided that such work is expressly included in the list of works for this public contract. Technical supervision for this contract may not be performed by the supplier or by a person affiliated with it. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 175,000,000 CZK.
