Opportunity description

The subject of the public contract is the ongoing and continuous provision of engineering and project management activities in the preparation and implementation of the Children's Sports and Cultural Centre project on behalf of and in the interests of the contracting authority – the Statutory City of Brno, Brno-střed City District. This involves the provision of engineering and project management activities by the project manager (PM) and the contracting authority's technical supervisor (TDS) and their implementation team: a) in the Project Phase (during the preparation of project documentation at the PDPS stage), b) in the Tender Phase, i.e. during the preparation of the tender conditions for the selection of the construction contractor and during the tender procedure for the selection of the construction contractor, and c) in the Implementation Phase, i.e. during the construction implementation phase, in the form of performing the activities of the contracting authority's technical supervisor. During the performance of the public contract, work in CDE and the handling of comments and other actions through systems linked to it are required.
