The subject matter of the public contract for the conclusion of a framework agreement, which will be concluded within the procurement procedure for a period of 48 months with six participants, is the provision of services in accordance with the procurement documents and their annexes. On the basis of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will award its participants individual specific contracts for services consisting of the performance of construction supervision on road construction works, including the performance of the occupational health and safety coordinator, including related technical assistance, according to the contracting authority’s current needs.
