Czechia – Catheters – Device for mechanical thrombectomy incl. accessories, servicing and supplies of rotational arterial and venous catheters

Opportunity description

The subject of this public contract is the delivery of 1 device for mechanical thrombectomy, including accessories, the provision of free warranty servicing of the device and subsequent post-warranty servicing for the service life of the device. The subject of performance of the public contract also includes ongoing supplies of special medical material (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices, as amended, namely rotational arterial and venous catheters for the device. The contracting authority requires 2 types of catheters, namely: • Item A – rotational arterial catheters (the estimated consumption during the contract performance period, i.e. over 48 months, is 144 units) • Item B – rotational venous catheters (the estimated consumption during the contract performance period, i.e. over 48 months, is 55 units). With regard to the proper operation and functionality of the device, the contracting authority reserves the right to require full compatibility of the device with the SZM supplied on an ongoing basis.
