The subject of this public contract, or its individual parts, is the continuous supply of special medical material (SZM) in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended and in force, namely large-diameter and high-pressure balloon catheters intended for the Department of Interventional Radiology - ZRIR. The public contract is divided into 2 parts. The subject of Part No. 1 of the public contract is the continuous supply of special medical material (SZM) in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended and in force, namely large-diameter balloon catheters intended for the Department of Interventional Radiology - ZRIR. The subject of Part No. 2 of the public contract is the continuous supply of special medical material (SZM) in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended and in force, namely high-pressure balloon catheters intended for the Department of Interventional Radiology – ZRIR.
