Opportunity description

The subject of the public contract is the replacement of the existing control systems (PLC), the addition of communication equipment for remote data transmission (bidirectional), the modification of existing switchboards and/or the supply of new switchboards, and the modification and/or replacement of existing HW and SW elements for data visualization, archiving, and backup. Performance will be carried out in relation to wastewater treatment plants (hereinafter referred to as “WWTP”) and pumping stations (hereinafter referred to as “PS”) on sewer networks, whereby the implementation of the public contract will result in the standardization of HW, SW, control algorithms, and communication between individual communication elements and nodes. Communication must be reliable and functionally separate from other networks, i.e. the information technology network (IT) and the operational technology network (OT) will be separated so that they cannot be exposed to cyber threats. The subject of performance includes the preparation and handover of as-built documentation in electronic form, as well as service provision for an indefinite period (the proposed terms of the service provision will be submitted by the participant at a later stage following the invitation to submit preliminary tenders and may be subject to negotiation as regards the terms and scope).
