Opportunity description
The subject matter of this public contract is the supply of new (unused) IT equipment to the newly renovated pavilion “C” of the Švermova Primary School building (these are the premises of the former swimming pool basin). This is audiovisual equipment (interactive displays, computers including the relevant software and other accessories). A description of the required equipment is provided in Annex No. 6 to the tender documentation – bill of quantities. The supplied interior equipment must be new and unused, meet the requirements of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts, as amended, and must comply with all applicable legislation and technical standards relating to interior equipment. The interior equipment will be positioned in accordance with the design documentation (see Annex No. 5 to the tender documentation). The contracting authority has a considerable interest in ensuring that high-quality products and materials are supplied during the performance of the public contract; the contracting authority therefore establishes in the tender conditions the minimum required standard for the subject matter of performance (see Annex No. 6 to the tender documentation). The participant in the procurement procedure must demonstrate in its tender that the required technical conditions have been met, in the following manner: a) by completing the separate form intended for this purpose, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to the tender documentation (bill of quantities), in which the participant shall state, for each item (each product offered), its manufacturer and the specific type offered (name, brand name) and confirm compliance with the required technical parameters. b) for the items “PC control and presentation station for teachers” and “Interactive system,” the participant shall include in the tender screenshots of websites such as www.cpubenchmark.net, demonstrating that the performance of the processors offered achieves the minimum required number of points specified in Annex No. 6 to the tender documentation (bill of quantities). c) by submitting completed Annex No. 7 to the tender documentation (Template affidavit of compliance with technical parameters and functionalities), in which it declares that its tender meets all the required technical parameters and functionalities specified in Annexes No. 5 and 6 to the tender documentation. If the contracting authority has doubts as to whether the products offered meet the technical parameters required or declared by the participant in the procurement procedure, the participant in the procurement procedure must, on the basis of a written request from the contracting authority made in accordance with Section 46 of the ZZVZ, submit the manufacturer’s technical documentation, or other data, information or documents concerning the goods offered, or, where applicable, samples thereof, demonstrating compliance with all technical, qualitative and functional requirements at least at the level required by the contracting authority in the tender documentation, including its annexes. If the contracting authority finds that the performance offered by the supplier does not meet the minimum required functionality, that supplier’s tender may be excluded. The subject matter of performance includes the handover of all documents necessary for handling and properly using the products (in particular warranty certificates and operating instructions in the Czech language) and any necessary training of the interior equipment operator (a representative of the primary school). The subject matter of performance also includes transport to the place of performance, installation, assembly, testing and verification of the proper functioning of the equipment, training, and the performance of other activities necessary to enable the products to fulfil the agreed or customary purpose at the places of use. The subject matter of performance also includes warranty servicing for the duration of the warranty period. The subject matter of performance further includes the removal and disposal of all packaging and other materials used in performing the contract. All activities associated with the subject matter of performance are specified in greater detail in the draft purchase agreement, the bill of quantities and the design documentation (see Annexes No. 3, 5 and 6 to the tender documentation). Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,900,000 CZK. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
