The subject matter of this public contract is construction work involving the addition of a new gymnasium and the modernization and extension of new classrooms at Základní škola and Základní umělecká škola Habrmanova in Hradec Králové. The construction will include alterations to the completed ZŠ Habrmanova and ZUŠ Habrmanova building. The construction modifications will result in changes to the layout. The section of the school building concerned is used as sports and arts facilities. The basement contains changing rooms for students and a relaxation area. The 1st above-ground floor contains the ZŠ gymnasium, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities for students. The 2nd above-ground floor contains school administration areas, arts and educational classrooms, changing rooms and sanitary facilities for students and teachers, and dance halls. The 3rd above-ground floor contains arts and educational classrooms, a library, technical facilities, and areas for teaching staff.
