The subject of this public contract is the construction of a parking garage on the existing parking area within the built-up area of the Brno–Nový Lískovec municipal district. The structure is designed to increase the number of parking spaces in the area of Svážná and Oblá streets, with 294 public parking spaces newly available. The area under temporary occupation will serve as the construction site itself, as access to the construction site, and for storing lighter materials. The construction work also includes modifications to the existing recycling center, which will be directly affected by the construction of the parking garage. The public contract includes the preparation of detailed design documentation (RDS), as-built documentation, a geodetic survey, a geometric plan, and an occupational health and safety plan. A detailed definition of the subject matter of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the detail necessary for preparing a tender, is provided in the annexes to the procurement documentation. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 164,048,688 CZK. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
