Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the creation of a modern roster creation system that will ensure efficient, secure and user-friendly shift planning in continuous operation. The system will make it possible to create a roster covering all required shifts and to manage data in accordance with the definitions set out in the procurement conditions. The system will be designed as a web application comprising three separate interfaces – Planner, My Roster and ATS Panel. Each is intended for a different group of users and provides a corresponding range of functions, from the creation and management of rosters to the daily planning of activities in the ATS operations room. The final output is the delivery of a functional and tested roster creation system (application) that takes into account the structure of work in continuous shift operation, including the planning of irregular shifts. The development and maintenance of the system will be provided by the supplier for the lifetime of the system, i.e. for a period of 10 years. The user interface will provide easy and secure access to planning results from various types of devices, including private mobile phones and computers outside the environment of ŘLP ČR, s. p. Access will be appropriately secured while also taking into account the organisation’s existing infrastructure.
