Opportunity description

The subject matter of this public contract is the delivery and installation of a fully functional set of instruments designed to perform three functional tasks simultaneously: 1) high-parameter analysis of individual cells; 2) multiparameter cell sorting for further experimental processing, ensuring environmental protection for the sorting of blood cells based on polychromatic phenotyping; 3) multiparameter immunophenotypic analysis for diagnostic use. The set will be used to address a wide range of innovative research tasks carried out in international research consortia, with translation into new standardized diagnostic methods (including laboratory-developed tests pursuant to Article 5(5) of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/746), and to develop new methods for detecting the properties of tumor cells, and it will also be capable of characterizing the microenvironment of patients' liquid tissues for the research needs of the Scientific and Diagnostic Oncology Center of Motol University Hospital.
