Czechia – Data services – Framework Agreement on the Provision of Publicly Available Electronic Communications Services for 48 Months

Opportunity description

The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of electronic communications services comprising: • provision of fixed data connectivity between the contracting authority’s locations using MPLS VPN L3 technology, • provision of an Internet connection for server hosting, • provision of server hosting (rack hosting), • provision of fixed voice services (VoIP service), including Call Centre services, • support for Fortinet devices, rental of an external FortiGate firewall, • supplementary and related services. A more detailed specification of the subject matter of the public contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement. The aforementioned annex has the following subordinate annexes: • Z1 – Table of data connections (line types) and the types and numbers of telephone sets for individual locations (hereinafter also referred to as “Z1”), (part to be completed by the participant in the procurement procedure) • Z2 – Table of assigned telephone numbers (numbering plan) (hereinafter also referred to as “Z2”) • Z3 – Service offer (hereinafter also referred to as “Z3), (part to be completed by the participant in the procurement procedure) • Z4 – Contacts for the survey of locations (hereinafter also referred to as “Z4”) • Z5 – Authorised persons Procedure: open.
