The subject of the contract is the supply of 4 units of infusion equipment for home care, including accessories (bag, waist bag), for the Inpatient Department and Outpatient Clinic of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Pavilion B, 1st and 2nd floors, U Nemocnice 2094/1, Prague 2. The performance also includes the delivery of all accessories, customs duties, transport, commissioning of the equipment, performance of the initial BTK, training of the buyer's personnel, and handover of documents relating to the supplied goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and operating instructions in both printed and electronic form. The performance further includes the provision of warranty service, safety inspections, professional maintenance, and periodic inspections at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer, but at least once every 2 years, under the conditions set out in the procurement documentation.
