Opportunity description

Bulovka University Hospital (hereinafter also referred to as the “FNB contracting authority”) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for supplies of diagnostics and consumables for use in the contracting authority’s laboratory operations (hereinafter referred to as the “DPS”). As part of the supply of diagnostics, the contracting authority may also require the free loan, purchase or rental of equipment, an analyzer, diagnostic systems, etc., linked to supplies of any related consumables. The supplies may also include servicing and maintenance activities associated with the use of medical devices that will be the subject of invitations to submit tenders initiated under the above-mentioned DPS. The subject matter of the individual public contracts awarded under the DPS, including the technical, commercial and contractual conditions and any requirement for the free loan of equipment and any related consumables, will always be specified in detail in the invitation to submit tenders pursuant to Section 141 of the ZZVZ. On the basis of an agreement, the established DPS will also be used simultaneously by the contracting authority Královské Vinohrady University Hospital, Company ID No. 00064173, registered office at Šrobárova 1150/50, Vinohrady, 100 00 Prague 10 (hereinafter also referred to as the “FNKV contracting authority”).
