Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contracts awarded under the DPS will be supplies of fuels specified in the procurement documents. Diesel fuel will be delivered to the contracting authority’s own storage facility with a maximum capacity of 32,000 litres. The tank is not equipped with a pumping device; the supplier must be capable of ensuring that this tank is filled. The contracting authority is not dividing the public procurement contract under the DPS into individual categories. The anticipated frequency of invitations to submit tenders is 8 times per year. The estimated consumption of diesel fuel is 190,000 litres per calendar year. Public contracts under the DPS will be awarded at irregular intervals that have not been determined in advance and that will depend primarily on the contracting authority’s operational needs. The contracting authority does not undertake to purchase the stated quantity of diesel fuel. The subject matter of each public contract awarded under the DPS, including the technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will always be specified in detail in the invitation to submit tenders within the meaning of Section 141 of the ZZVZ. The deadlines for performance of the subject matter of each public contract awarded under the DPS will always be specified in the invitation to submit tenders within the meaning of Section 141 of the ZZVZ.
