Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is the delivery, implementation, and provision of subsequent support and development of an electronic records management system (eSSL), including the necessary document management system. The performance includes, in particular, conducting a pre-implementation analysis, delivering and configuring application software, implementation, data migration, ensuring trial operation, handing over operational and security documentation, providing user training, providing support services and development services for the duration of the public contract, and providing exit services. The delivery must comply with the contracting authority's requirements, applicable legal and technical regulations, and the National Standard for eSSL, and must enable the obtaining and maintenance of valid certification pursuant to Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on archives and records management and on the amendment of certain acts, as amended.
