Opportunity description

Drug testing is one of the supervision tools of the Probation and Mediation Service and is used primarily to monitor compliance with reasonable/educational restrictions or obligations imposed by a court or, where applicable, a public prosecutor. Since 1 January 2022, the Probation and Mediation Service has been authorized to conduct tests by Act No. 65/2017 Coll., on the protection of health from the effects of addictive substances. As a result of this activity, it is necessary to conclude a framework agreement to ensure recurring supplies of tests for the presence of narcotic and psychotropic substances in the body—from saliva and urine—and to ensure the distribution of test supplies to the individual Probation and Mediation Service centers, including training employees in the use of these tests.
