Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of educational activities. For each lot, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for the performance of the contract with one supplier, without reopening competition. During the term of the framework agreement, the supplier will be obliged to carry out training according to the contracting authority's needs (in accordance with the agreed training plans). Training may be requested as open or closed, in person or online. Expected participation in closed training sessions is 10-15 persons. The project anticipates the provision of 13.500 person-hours of training. The subject matter of this lot is the supplier's obligation to provide the client duly and on time with the following services: comprehensive provision of vocational education in the field of technical and other professional education with digital skills in accordance with the OPZ+ rules. The contracting authority stipulates the maximum drawdown under the framework agreement (this is the maximum drawdown under the individual agreement, not the estimated drawdown): 1.000 person-hours/339.810,- Kč including VAT. The subject matter of this lot is the supplier's obligation to provide the client duly and on time with the following services: comprehensive provision of vocational education in the field of other professional education: accounting, economics and legal courses without digital skills in accordance with the OPZ+ rules. The contracting authority stipulates the maximum drawdown under the framework agreement (this is the maximum drawdown under the individual agreement, not the estimated drawdown): 2.000 person-hours/679.620,- Kč including VAT. The subject matter of this lot is the supplier's obligation to provide the client duly and on time with the following services: comprehensive provision of vocational education in the field of technical education without digital skills in accordance with the OPZ+ rules.
