Czechia – Electric buses – Supply of up to 70 new single-articulated electric buses

Opportunity description

The subject matter of this Public Contract is the supply of up to 70 new single-articulated electric buses with slow charging (hereinafter also referred to only as an “electric bus”) according to the specifications contained in the TD and its annexes, whereby, of this total number of electric buses, up to 30 electric buses with a minimum range of 350 km and up to 40 electric buses with a minimum range of 250 km will be supplied, as well as (i) the supply of other goods specified in the Purchase Agreement, (ii) the provision of the relevant technical support, (iii) the provision of other services pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, (iv) the delivery of all necessary documentation, as well as the provision of all necessary software. The performance of the Public Contract will also include training the Contracting Authority’s operators and relevant employees to the extent and under the conditions stipulated by the Agreement. The performance pursuant to the concluded Purchase Agreement will also include the Supplier’s obligation to ensure the supply of spare parts for the electric buses throughout the entire service life of the electric buses. The Contracting Authority guarantees the purchase of 15 electric buses with a minimum range of 350 km in the first stage (see Art. 5 of the TD and Art. VIII of the Purchase Agreement). The number of electric buses purchased in the second stage will be determined according to the Contracting Authority’s current needs in accordance with the procedure under Art. VIII of the Purchase Agreement (see also Art. 18.1(b) of the TD). A more detailed specification of the subject matter of the Public Contract is contained in the binding template Purchase Agreement, which, as Annex No. 1 to the TD, forms an integral part of the TD. The procurement procedure will result in the conclusion of a Purchase Agreement with one selected Supplier, in the wording of the template Agreement that forms part of the procurement conditions of the Public Contract.
