The subject of performance is to secure electricity supplies through purchase on the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno, with its registered office at Kladno, Kročehlavy nám. Sítná 3127, Company ID No. 49546392,*), through the exchange broker - PROSPEKSA (order No. 7262001183 dated 5.2.2026) for the needs of DPP for 1 year (from 1.1.2028 to 31.12.2028), in a total volume of 369 826 MWh in two parts, as follows: Part 1 of the public contract: The subject of the public contract is the supply of electricity in an estimated total quantity of 3 542 MWh at the low-voltage (LV) level in the period from 1. 1. 2028 to 31. 12. 2028. Part 2 of the public contract: The subject of the public contract is the supply of electricity in an estimated total quantity of 366 284 MWh at the high-voltage (HV) level in the period from 1. 1. 2028 to 31. 12. 2028. Supply of electricity as part of bundled electricity supply services at the low-voltage level for the period 01.01.2028 – 31.12.2028 in an estimated quantity of 3 542 MWh.
