Czechia – Electricity – Aggregated electricity supplies for the Municipality of Postřelmov and its contributory organizations for the years 2027 and 2028

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is: - the physical supply of electricity to the contracting authorities’ points of consumption (hereinafter referred to as the supply), with the assumption of the obligation to take electricity from the electricity system, - the transfer of responsibility for imbalance to the supplier pursuant to Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and the exercise of state administration in the energy sectors and on amendments to certain acts (the Energy Act), as amended, and within the meaning of Decree No. 408/2015 Coll. of the Energy Regulatory Office, on the Electricity Market Rules, the principles for determining prices for the activities of the electricity market operator, and the implementation of certain other provisions of the Energy Act, as amended, and other implementing decrees to this Act, as amended, - ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and ensuring system services, - ensuring the invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the electricity price. Place of performance: The contracting authorities’ HV and LV electricity points of consumption, totaling 39, with a total supply volume of approximately 840.5 MWh/year and, for the supply period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2028, approximately 1 681 MWh: a) LV voltage level – 38 points of consumption with a total volume of approximately 952 MWh (i.e. approximately 476 MWh/year), b) HV voltage level – 1 point of consumption with a total volume of approximately 729 MWh (i.e. approximately 364.5 MWh/year) – the contract will be concluded solely for the supply of electricity, without distribution.
