The subject of the public contract is the supply of an ultra-high-resolution scanning electron microscope equipped with an EDS system and an integrated system for automated mineralogical analysis, intended for advanced material analyses in archaeology and the natural sciences. The contracting authority’s requirements for this supply are set out generally, taking into account the objective reasons for its needs, in Annex No. 1 (Technical Specification and Minimum Technical Requirements) and Annex No. 4 (Commercial Terms and Conditions). As part of the competition and subsequent performance under the concluded Contract, testing phases will take place for the purpose of verifying the requirements, namely: a) Test (i) – in accordance with Section 104(b) of the Act (successful results of sample tests) – successful tests are a condition for concluding the contract with the selected supplier, on equipment of the same type (verification of parameters before signing the contract); b) Test (ii) – within 7 months of the contract taking effect (verification at the supplier’s premises with the participation of the contracting authority); c) Test (iii) – after installation of the instrument at the place of performance. Always in accordance in particular with Annexes Nos. 3 and 4. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 17,300,000 CZK.
