Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is the acquisition of 25 new enclosed soundproofed power centers with a rated output of 55 kVA, including a cable solution (hereinafter referred to as “KapEC”), and 25 new separate detachable braked trailers (hereinafter referred to as “BPV”) compatible with KapEC (hereinafter referred to as “KapEC-BPV”), 2 new containerized 55 kVA power centers (hereinafter referred to as “KEC”) with a structure adapted for handling and transport on a container carrier, and 12 new KapEC units with a rated output of 55 kVA without BPV, which are intended to ensure the supply of electricity to facilities and buildings, particularly in the event of a power outage, including the provision of warranty inspections during the quality warranty period pursuant to Article VIII of the purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as “warranty inspections”) in Annex No. 2a), Annex No. 2b), and Annex No. 2c) of the procurement documents, but only if requested by the supplier. The delivery also includes operator training lasting at least 3 hours for at least 2 persons for each place of performance, upon handover of the item and its physical acceptance at the places of performance. In accordance with the provisions of Section 35 of the Act, the subject matter of the public contract is divided into 3 (three) lots: Lot 1 of the public contract: KapEC-BPV 55 kVA (including a cable solution and a separate detachable braked trailer) – 25 units Lot 2 of the public contract: KEC 55 kVA with a structure adapted for handling and transport on a container carrier – 2 units Lot 3 of the public contract: KapEC 55 kVA (including a cable solution, without a detachable braked trailer) – 12 units KapEC-BPV 55 kVA (including a cable solution and a separate detachable braked trailer) – 25 units.
