The subject matter of the public contracts will be the services listed below that are necessary to ensure the legalization of ponds owned by the state and under the management responsibility of SPÚ, to the extent specified by the individual requirements set out in the specific invitations, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions. Specification of the requested services: Preparation of water structure documentation (record documentation) - preparation of an elevation and planimetric survey of the water structure - determination of the inundation extent of the water structure at maximum impoundment - assessment of the safety of the water structure during a flood - preparation of the record documentation, including ensuring verification of the record documentation Preparation of a geometric plan for surveying the water structure / dam structure. Submission of an application and obtaining a permit for the use of surface waters – for their impoundment and accumulation. Preparation of the operating regulations for the water structure, including obtaining their approval by the water authority. Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 10,000,000 CZK.
