Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of services consisting of design activities for the purposes of implementing the construction/project “HOME FOR SENIORS KRALUPY NAD VLTAVOU - DESIGN DOCUMENTATION” in the following scope and phases: I. surveying and preparation of as-built documentation for the buildings and the future construction site • Geodetic survey of the existing buildings and adjacent premises (Survey of the structure using a laser 3D scanner, with the option of surveying specific locations using a laser rangefinder. The output of this measurement will be a 3D model of the existing condition of the structures to be retained. For structures to be demolished, surveying with a laser rangefinder and subsequently creating the documentation in 2D will suffice.) • Structural and technical survey of the existing buildings, including a survey of their foundations • Survey for the presence of asbestos and other hazardous substances • Engineering-geological and hydrogeological survey, including infiltration tests • Radon survey • Dendrological survey • Survey for the design of boreholes for heat pumps, including the drilling of an exploratory borehole. II. preparation of documentation for the removal of existing structures and obtaining statements and opinions from DOSS and network administrators regarding the Documentation for the removal of the structure, and submission of an application for permission to remove the structure; III. preparation of documentation for the building permit, including public-law proceedings (the contractor shall ensure presentation of the work during a meeting of the city council) and obtaining the relevant final decision; IV. preparation of construction execution documentation for the selection of a contractor, including a bill of works pursuant to Decree No. 169/2016 S., on determining the scope of public contract documentation for construction works and the bill of construction works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities and the construction control budget; A reference to the pricing system pursuant to Section 11 of the Decree shall be used for the entire bill of works for the construction. In the construction execution design documentation, the contractor shall specify the technical conditions (requirements concerning the characteristics of the subject matter of performance) in accordance with Section 89 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, as amended. V. performance of the designer’s author supervision pursuant to Section 14(a)(h) and Section 155(a)(d) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, for the duration of construction. The designer’s author supervision shall be performed continuously and shall include all activities reserved for the designer’s author supervision pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act. The parties agree that the subject matter of the designer’s author supervision shall include at least the following activities: • participation in meetings between the contracting authority and the construction contractor; • checking compliance with the documentation, taking into account the conditions specified by the building permit, while providing explanations necessary for the smooth progress of construction; • participation in inspection days and inspection visits at the construction site, once per week; • supervision of the rectification of identified defects and unfinished work, etc. The subject matter of performance is the preparation of design documentation for the construction of a home for seniors in the local district of Lobeček, Kralupy nad Vltavou. The contracting authority stipulates that the design documentation (all its stages) must be divided into 2 parts so that a home for seniors with a capacity of 77 beds can be implemented separately, with the further possibility of constructing an extension for a special-regime home with a capacity of 31 beds.
