Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the PC) is primarily: a) preparation of design documentation, including related services, for the project: "Design Documentation for a Mixed-use Building in Jesenice", demolition of all structures located on plots parcel number st. 3/1 and parcel number 106 in the cadastral area of Jesenice u Prahy, including all cellars and sheds, and design documentation for the construction of a new mixed-use building in Jesenice according to the study prepared by Kamil Mrva Architects, s.r.o., with its registered office at Záhumenní 1358, 742 21 Kopřivnice (hereinafter also referred to as the design documentation). The design documentation will be prepared for the issuance of project authorization within the meaning of the provisions of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., on Spatial Planning and the Building Code (the Building Act), as amended (hereinafter also referred to as the Building Act), b) survey and preparatory work necessary for the proper preparation of the design documentation, c) preparation of documentation for project authorization for the demolition of the existing structures and the construction of a new mixed-use building in Jesenice, d) engineering activities related to the consideration of the project and securing project authorization, e) preparation of construction execution documentation for the demolition and construction of the new mixed-use building, f) preparation of a list of works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities and a control budget, g) preparation of selected outputs in a BIM environment, to the extent specified in the contract for work h) provision of cooperation and technical assistance in the procurement procedure for the selection of a contractor pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended i) performance of designer supervision during construction within the meaning of the Building Act, particularly to the extent corresponding to the definition of designer supervision and the obligations of the developer under the Building Act, j) other related professional activities expressly specified in the contract for work.
