The subject of this public service contract is the preparation of: 1. A structural and technical survey, including a structural assessment of the retaining walls along the entire length of the section concerned and the foundation structures of the buildings on plots Nos. 7/1, 7/2 and 7/3, all in the cadastral area of Valašské Meziříčí-město, and the retaining wall behind the cinema on plot No. 5/1, in the cadastral area of Valašské Meziříčí-město. 2. Documentation for the construction (project) permit, including an indicative construction budget 3. Engineering activities and obtaining the necessary permits pursuant to the Building Act 4. Documentation for construction execution and the award of the public contract, including a list of construction works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities 5. Designer’s supervision 6. Geodetic surveying, identification and mapping of the routes of existing utility networks, supplementary surveying of the existing condition and a structural and technical survey, or additional surveys to the extent strictly necessary for preparing the design documentation The design documentation will be based on the architectural study prepared by Kubla&Architects s.r.o., with its registered office at Podlesí 508, 757 01 Valašské Meziříčí, Company ID No. 05448689.
