Opportunity description

The subject matter of the Public Contract comprises services consisting of the provision of design work, author’s supervision and related engineering activities (i) for repairs and reconstruction of structures managed by the Structures and Tracks 830000 unit, (ii) for repairs and reconstruction of tram, electric bus and trolleybus lines, overhead contact lines, traction substations and related parts, and new constructions following on from these reconstructions, and (iii) for new tram and trolleybus lines. Further information about the Public Contract is contained in the procurement documentation and its annexes. The subject matter of Lot 1 of the Public Contract is the provision of design work, author’s supervision and related engineering activities for repairs and reconstruction of structures managed by the Structures and Tracks 830000 unit, under the conditions and within the time limits stipulated in the Binding Draft Framework Agreement (Annex No. 2A to the procurement documentation), within the scope of the Technical Specification and Unit Price List for Lot 1 of the Public Contract. The framework agreement for Lot 1 of the Public Contract will be concluded with a maximum of three (3) suppliers. The subject matter of Lot 3 of the Public Contract is the provision of design work, author’s supervision and related engineering activities for new tram and trolleybus lines, under the conditions and within the time limits stipulated in the Binding Draft Framework Agreement (Annex No. 2C to the procurement documentation), within the scope of the Technical Specification and Unit Price List for Lot 3 of the Public Contract. The framework agreement for Lot 3 of the Public Contract will be concluded with a maximum of seven (7) suppliers. The subject matter of Lot 2 of the Public Contract is the provision of design work, author’s supervision and related engineering activities for repairs and reconstruction of tram, electric bus and trolleybus lines, overhead contact lines, traction substations and related parts, and for new constructions following on from these reconstructions, under the conditions and within the time limits stipulated in the Binding Draft Framework Agreement (Annex No. 2B to this procurement documentation), within the scope of the Technical Specification and Unit Price List for Lot 2 of the Public Contract. The framework agreement for Lot 2 of the Public Contract will be concluded with a maximum of three (3) suppliers. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 380,000,000 CZK.
