Preparation of complete project documentation for the execution of the construction, within the scope of documentation for the procurement of a public contract for construction works pursuant to Section 92 of the ZZVZ, including the preparation of a list of construction works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities and a control budget, and cooperation with the contracting authority during the procurement procedure for the construction (in particular, explanations or modifications of the project documentation), as well as the performance of the designer’s supervision during the subsequent execution of the construction pursuant to Section 161(2) of Act No. 283/2021, the Building Act, including related engineering (procurement) activities. The DVZ concerns the future new construction of an elementary school building on land owned by the City of Prague – parcel Nos. 937/8, 938/4, 939/3, 939/4, 940/1, 940/2, 1814/1, 1814/3, 1814/4, 1814/5, 1814/7, 1814/10, 1983, 1985 in the cadastral area of Vysočany; the construction will expand the existing U Elektry I elementary school and kindergarten campus with a new separate school building with a capacity of 27 classes for 810 pupils, including connection to the existing transport and technical infrastructure. The proposed building will serve for the schooling and education of children and young people.
