Opportunity description

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of documentation for project authorization, construction execution documentation, and author supervision. The basis for preparing the subject matter of the performance is an architectural study prepared by MAAUS, s.r.o., Gorkého 51/1, 602 00 Brno, Company ID No.: 09613111, VAT ID No.: CZ09613111, Ing. arch. Miroslava Zadražilová, August 2025. The proposed kindergarten building is designed with a maximum capacity corresponding to 3 kindergarten classes and 1 children's group. The contracting authority requires that, as part of the preparation of the construction execution documentation, and in particular when preparing the bill of construction works, supplies, and services with a bill of quantities, the individual building structures be divided in such a way that only 2 kindergarten classes can be implemented separately. The contracting authority will thus be able to respond flexibly to current demographic developments, the municipality's operational needs, and the financial resources available at the given time of implementation. The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the supplier in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.
