Opportunity description

In accordance with Sections 35 and 101 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority divided the public contract into the following 2 lots, which are being awarded in a single procurement procedure. Lot 1: Construction and erection insurance Lot 2: Liability insurance for damages The procurement documentation sets out the conditions for the award of all lots of the public contract, unless it is expressly stated that a specific provision applies only to a particular lot of the public contract. In accordance with Section 101(2) of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority permits the submission of a tender for any number of lots of the public contract, at the supplier’s discretion. The supplier will be selected separately for each lot of the public contract. A separate contract will be concluded with the selected supplier for each lot of the public contract. The subject matter of the performance required by the contracting authority for this lot of the public contract is construction and erection insurance for the construction of a combined-cycle gas turbine plant at Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s., including insurance against financial losses resulting from the late delivery of the works under the “Teplárna Plant Source Renewal” project. The subject matter of the public contract will be co-financed by the Modernisation Fund. The contracting authority expects to finance the public contract from its own resources, with financial participation from the resources of the Modernisation Fund. A detailed description of the subject matter of the performance is provided in the Procurement Documentation for the second phase of the procurement procedure and its annexes. The subject matter of the performance required by the contracting authority for this lot of the public contract is liability insurance for damages in connection with the implementation of the “Teplárna Plant Source Renewal” project. The subject matter of the public contract will be co-financed by the Modernisation Fund. The contracting authority expects to finance the public contract from its own resources, with financial participation from the resources of the Modernisation Fund.
