Czechia – Erection of road-barriers – Removal of the consequences of accidents involving safety installations and equipment, Area 4 (SSÚD 06, 07)

Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for the removal of the consequences of traffic accidents, i.e. repairs to restraint systems and other motorway components and accessories following traffic accidents for SSÚD 06.07. The contract (framework agreement) is being tendered in order to ensure repairs of damage to road safety installations and equipment, i.e. restraint systems (road barriers), and also to ensure repairs of minor damage caused as a result of traffic accidents. Repairs to the above-mentioned installations and damage must be carried out in order to continuously ensure the required safety standards of PK, to ensure the proper functioning of PK safety installations and equipment, as well as PK as a whole, i.e. all PK components and equipment that are commonly damaged during DN (surface drainage, manholes, unpaved shoulders, etc.). Repairs must be carried out regularly after every traffic accident, because traffic accidents naturally occur during operation on PK. Given that the occurrence of traffic accidents cannot be predicted, it is necessary to have repairs contractually secured specifically by means of a framework agreement. The framework agreement also serves for contracting the immediate removal of emergency conditions affecting safety equipment.
