Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contracts awarded under this DPS is the provision of services consisting of the preparation, promotion, delivery and evaluation of events/activities for the purpose of promoting, inter alia, the Just Transition Operational Programme, primarily in the Karlovy Vary, Ústí nad Labem and Moravian-Silesian regions. As part of these events/activities, the selected contractor will ensure the preparation, promotion and execution of model activities and their evaluation in connection with the campaign's central activities. Preparation means securing the appropriate permits, finding and renting suitable premises, technical facilities (sound system, lighting, internet connection, live-streaming equipment, etc.), indoor or outdoor furniture and equipment (party tents, tables, chairs and other items depending on the activity), catering/refreshments (food, beverages according to the activity specifications) and other related services necessary for carrying out the activity (e.g. staffing: hostesses, technician, catering staff, security, administration associated with registrations). Requirements concerning the scope of the subject matter and the place of performance of the public contract will always be specified in the particular invitation according to four basic model activities: 1.Large regional activity - a major outdoor/indoor activity for more than 150 participants, with full on-site provision of the entire activity. 2.Activity connected with an existing event that is attractive to visitors, in the form of a stand presentation and its own activity as part of another event. 3.Hybrid activity - provision of an online conference. A physical conference with full provision, broadcast live on the digital channels of OPST, MŽP and SFŽP. 4.Online recording of a videoconference.
