Czechia – Facilities management services – Provision of maintenance and minor alterations to MPSV buildings in Prague (2026+)

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract consists of services involving the provision of maintenance and minor repairs at MPSV properties in Prague, specifically the buildings at Na Poříčním právu 376/1, Prague 2, Podskalská 1290/19, Prague 2, Karlovo náměstí 1359/1, Prague 2, and Křížová 3194/6a, Prague 5. These comprise both flat-rate services and services ordered according to current needs. Flat-rate services: The supplier provides, through maintenance workers (on working days from Monday to Friday, during working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.): - Basic maintenance and minor repair services – so-called caretaker services (4 workers, each for 40 hours per week) - Electrical services (1 worker for 40 hours per week) - Operation and regular maintenance of the heat exchanger station and gas boiler rooms (1 worker for 1 day per week for 8 hours). Services according to current needs: • provision of a continuous on-call service • provision of additional workers beyond the flat-rate caretaker activities at the contracting authority's request • provision of specialist activities based on the contracting authority's current needs and the supplier's price quotation (e.g. masonry work, blacksmithing work, carpentry work, etc., beyond the work specified in Annex No. 1 to the contract). The subject matter of the contract also includes consumable materials, which are charged and reimbursed according to actual consumption at current prices. Procedure: open.
