Opportunity description

The subject of the public contract is the provision of insurance services for the City of Příbor and selected organizations established or controlled by it, to the extent specified in the tender documentation and its annexes. The public contract is divided into the following parts: Part A – Property and liability insurance Part B – Vehicle insurance – City of Příbor Part C – Vehicle insurance – Technical Services of the City of Příbor, contributory organization In the case of Part C – Vehicle insurance – Technical Services of the City of Příbor, contributory organization, the insurance contract will be concluded directly between the selected supplier and the organization Technical Services of the City of Příbor, contributory organization, Company ID No. 00143651, with its registered office at Štramberská 483, 742 58 Příbor. In this part, the contracting authority acts as the contracting authority for the public contract, while the contractual insurance relationship itself will arise between the selected supplier and the aforementioned contributory organization. A participant in the procurement procedure is entitled to submit a tender for one, several, or all parts of the public contract.
