Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement procedure is the establishment of a DPS for awarding public contracts under the DPS for food supplies for the catering operations of Olomouc University Hospital. A dynamic purchasing system means a fully electronic procedure for routine purchases according to the contracting authority’s operational needs. The establishment of the DPS does not oblige suppliers to use it when public contracts for the given subject matter are awarded. The contracting authority’s objective is to have a broad range of suppliers who will be invited to submit tenders for the performance of individual partial public contracts and thus ensure the continuous awarding of public contracts for food supplies throughout the duration of the DPS, in order to ensure maximum efficiency in the use of financial resources and the reliability of the supplies delivered. The DPS is divided into categories within the meaning of Section 138(1) of the ZZVZ, as specified in Annex No. 2 to this procurement documentation and in the TenderArena electronic tool.
