The objective of the procurement procedure is to establish a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also “DPS”) pursuant to Section 138 et seq. of the Act with multiple suppliers for the purpose of providing services in the field of timber harvesting activities and related forestry work at LHC Městské lesy Plzeň. The subject matter of performance includes in particular forest regeneration, fencing, protection of forest stands, timber harvesting, disposal of logging residues, protection of seedlings against game, and mechanized soil preparation. Depending on the contracting authority’s current needs, individual public contracts will be implemented as partial performances, each of which will be carried out separately. The contracting authority intends to establish the DPS for a period of 48 calendar months and has designated categories within it. The DPS is divided into separate categories. Each category listed below constitutes a separate DPS category. When submitting a request to participate, the supplier shall specify the DPS category or categories in which it requests inclusion; it may select one category, multiple categories, or all DPS categories. Category 1 – Forest regeneration – afforestation by pit planting in prepared and unprepared soil Category 2 – Forest regeneration – afforestation by slit planting in unprepared soil Category 3 – Forest regeneration – afforestation by slit planting in prepared soil after mechanical preparation Category 4 – Fencing: Enclosures – construction using wire mesh Category 5 – Fencing: Enclosures – construction of wooden enclosures. Category 6 – Fencing: Enclosures – construction of a wire-mesh enclosure, including the supply of all materials Category 7 – Fencing: Disposal of wooden fencing Category 8 – Fencing: Disposal of wire fencing Category 9 – Protection of stands against weeds – first weed cutting Category 10 – Protection of stands against weeds – second and third weed cutting Category 11 – Protection of stands against weeds – first weed cutting using a brush cutter Category 12 – Protection of stands against weeds – second and third weed cutting using a brush cutter Category 13 – Final planned and salvage timber harvesting using JMP, forwarding to the roadside landing Category 14 – Final planned and salvage timber harvesting using JMP, skidding to the roadside landing Category 15 – Final planned and salvage timber harvesting using harvester technology Category 16 – Planned pre-final timber harvesting using harvester technology – small harvester category Category 17 – Planned pre-final timber harvesting using harvester technology – medium harvester category Category 18 – Disposal of logging residues: Removal of brushwood – gathering Category 19 – Disposal of logging residues: Chipping brushwood and logging residues and leaving them at location P Category 20 – Protection of seedlings against game using repellents Category 21 – Mechanized soil preparation: Soil preparation – ploughing Individual contracts under the established DPS will be awarded on the basis of partial invitations (mini-tenders), in which, with regard to the specific conditions, the subject matter of the specific contract will be precisely defined and the performance conditions will be specified, in particular the subject matter of the partial works contract, the place of performance, and, where applicable, other special performance conditions.
