The subject of the public contract is the manufacture and supply of furniture and related equipment, incl. accessories, the supply of furniture and interior equipment, and the supply of related electrical equipment, all including transport to the place of performance, placement and installation in the buildings of the newly constructed Blocks C and D of the University of Ostrava halls of residence at Kranichova 1433/8, Ostrava, according to the list of elements and the project documentation, carried out concurrently with the construction project for these new blocks. The subject of the public contract also includes the preparation of manufacturing documentation, which must be approved by the investor’s representative. The costs associated with fulfilling the above conditions will be included in the price of the work. When installing and positioning the furniture, the supplier will be required to cooperate and coordinate its work with the general contractor for the construction and with other suppliers who will be carrying out their supplies or services at the place of performance during the same period (e.g. suppliers of other parts of this public contract, the information system, IT equipment or active network components, decorations, plants, washing machines, or others).
