Opportunity description

The subject matter of this Public Contract is, in each part of the Public Contract, the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with one participant, the subject matter of which will be, according to the definition of the relevant part of the Public Contract, partial supplies of either inert sand of fraction 0/8 or inert aggregate of fraction 4/8 for winter maintenance and road repairs in accordance with the valid and effective Czech technical standards for the given type of material, including the transport and unloading of this material at the individual locations designated by the Contracting Authority for the individual parts of the Public Contract. Partial supplies will be carried out on the basis of orders according to the Contracting Authority’s current needs. A more detailed specification of the supplies, including the anticipated volume to be purchased and their place of performance, is set out in the binding draft Framework Agreement for the relevant type of inert material and also in the relevant Annex No. 8a–8h to the procurement documentation, which contains a description of the centers and the Contracting Authority’s requirements for the type and quantity of inert material for each part of the Public Contract, and which is entitled “Sand Price List for Silnice LK a.s. Centers” for parts 1–4, or “Aggregate Price List - Inert Material for Silnice LK a.s. Centers” for parts 5–8 (hereinafter the “Tender Price”). The Public Contract is divided into a total of 8 parts. The individual parts are divided first according to the type of inert material (inert sand or inert aggregate), and subsequently according to the place of delivery of the supplies for the individual regions.
